Pretty print. Super disappointed in how much I had to waste. I am doing a powder room where the top 30” is where this wallpaper goes. The power room is a 54” square and although this says it does 200+ sq / ft I didn’t have enough. I am 1 wall short and am frustrated. I had to order a new roll today and am PRAYING it matches close enough to what I had. Also, trying to get a clean cut on an edge is nearly impossible. 3 stars because the print is nice.

I'm really sorry to hear about the shortage you experienced. It's important to note that different patterns have different pattern repeats, and in the case of Lo Hazel, it has a quite large repeat of 53cm (20.9 inches). Unfortunately, this means that there will be some waste.

The wallpaper is gorgeous.

A few issues though - last time I ordered from you the wallpaper came with the paste, but this time it didn't.

Also, the calculator told me I had to buy 4 rolls, but we did the wall in 2.5 roles and your site says I cannot return a partial order, which isn't okay - you told me I needed to buy 4 rolls, but that wrong, and now I've paid for a whole roll I don't need - that's extra money for a roll I don't need, and extra tariff I had to pay for a product I didn't need. If your calculator is wrong, I should get to return a partial order.

We are happy to hear that you like the wallpaper but we are sorry for the inconvenience with the paste and the calculator in this case.

Regarding the paste; when you order murals/custom sized wallpapers from us glue is included. But for regular wallpapers sold by roll glue is not included.

Regarding the measurements and the calculator; sometimes the rolls are rolled just in the correct way to fit extra well together. Maybe you also had a door or window that was excluded and that could be the answer/solution in this case.

Wallpaper is great - instructions limited

I purchased this wall paper - and it turned out beautiful. I am in the invites states and also purchased the tool kit that comes with it . I was disappointed in the lack of instructions and also that there was no where that said we needed to purchase our own PASTE. Even on the website where it talks about all that you need to install list there is no paste anywhere . The only reason I found out was because I somehow came across the tutorial - and even then it goes over it briefly with no explanation of what kind of paste to get when it is a crucial part of the process. They also sent the tool kit with no instructions on what the tools where and how to use or put the razor in for cutting. We ended up using our own because we could not figure out how to input the razors . Happy with the finished product . Not happy with the lack of communication with there being zero instructions with install and that there was even a paste to be purchased separate.

Mycket snabb leverans, dock så var kvaliteten på själva tapeten mycket dålig. Så känslig tapet, gick nästan inte att sätta upp utan att skada den.
