Return options are quite expensive
I had to return the wallpaper because the color chosen wasn’t as expected. I didn’t know I had to cover the shipping cost yo Sweeden (thought I was buying it from an Spanish branch). Unfortunately, I had to pay 45euros for the refund which is quite expensive taking into account the value of the wallpapers.

I'm sorry that our product did not meet your expectations and that the return fee was a bit high from Spain to Sweden. Unfortunately, we are not able to affect that fee.

When shopping directly from sandbergwallpaper.com you can return your complete order within 14 days from the day that you receive your order.
Please contact us via [email protected] before returning an order. We will send you a return-id with instructions of where and how to ship your return. To be able to return an item you need to send it in its original condition and packaging.
The return cost is covered by the customer. Sandberg Wallpaper only cover the shipment cost if we have sent you the incorrect items or your order arrived damaged.
