Wallpaper looks okay
Wallpaper looks okay. Color is maybe little more bluish than in pictures. Biggest issue is that when you stand close the wallpaper it looks pixelated (I'm not sure if that's the right word in this case). For example we also have Rasch industrial wallpaper that looks very good even if you watch it up close.

J ai un problème de lé incomplet pour terminer mon mur J ai déjà envoyé 2 messages à Rebell Walls pour leur commander un nouveau lé complet ( je veux même le payer !) et je n ai aucun retour ! Pas de réponse !

Detta är något vi är medvetna om och därför har vi också generösa returregler. Om du inte är nöjd med resultatet så kan du returnera tapeten och få full återbetalning, eller så skickar vi en ny tapet av ett annat motiv utan extra kostnad. Décor magnifique, dommage que les joints entre les lés restent visibles par un petit changement de couleur du papier à ce niveau.

Bra service och bemötande båda gångerna. Något som inte är så proffsigt är att ni fakturerar vid order och inte vid leverans. I mitt fall fick jag fakturainformationen från Klarna och strax efter ett mejl från er med meddelande om att bilden var i för dålig upplösning.

Om jag inte misstar mig så beställde…
Om jag inte misstar mig så beställde jag en svartvit bild men den kom i färg och eftersom jag hade hantverkare som satte upp tapeten så var den redan uppe när jag upptäckte detta. Den blev ändå bra men tyvärr inte svartvit. Ett tips är att meddela vid måttning av väggen att man tar till några cm om väggen inte är helt rak.

This is not recommended though because by ordering online instead you will have the possibility to customize the design so that it fits your needs the best way possible. Review on Custom Wallpaper: Very hard to work out if the picture you send will be able to used properly. We had no guidance or feedback on resolution submitted.Was disappointing that we couldn't upload a higher resolution version of the print. Rebel Walls had to reduce the file size which impacted the look & feel. Unfortunately another issue appeared as the product was being applied to the wall & that was the quality of the wallpaper is such that the edges are white causing faint white lines to appear where the wallpaper joins. The ordering, delivery & packaging was all excellent.

Hi Shane, Thank you for your feedback. What visual quality considered to be acceptable differs from person to person, but we have our 100% happy guarantee, so in case you're not happy with our judgement, our customer support team will gladly offer either a new wallpaper or refund you. As you notices, there is an upload limit of 20MB online but you can share a high resolution image with us and we will use that for the print, just the way you did. Normally no white lines are visible in the joints but it can occur when the wall surface absorbs the paste unusually fast. This can be avoided in these rare cases by adding an extra layer of paste beforehand, for the wall to absorb. Tapetti laadukas ja vastasi tilattua, asiakaspalvelu oli kuitenkin tasan nolla. Yritin ennen tilausta selvittää miten kahdelle seinälle jakautuva kuva olisi parasta tilata, koska missään ei lukenut vuotien leveyttä, jotta tämän olisi voinut itse mitata ja laskea. Vastausta tuohon kysymysviestiini en ole vieläkään saanut (varmaan kuukausi lähettämisestä). Tapetin tilasin siis ns. sokkona. Asiakaspalvelun osalta kannattaa varmaan olla suoraan Ruotsiin yhteydessä, jos sitä kaipaa. Tilattu tapetti tuli kuitenkin nopeasti ja oli kuten kuvissa, joten siltä osin ei valittamista.

Tapetin tilaaminen ja laatu olivat helppoa. Kieli vaihteli välillä suomwn ja englannin välillä ja toimitus UPS kautta oli erittäin hankalaa.

Tout s'est très bien passé mais je suis …
Tout s'est très bien passé mais je suis très déçue par le format du papier peint. J'ai pris soin de choisir la taille adéquate par rapport à mon mur pour que l'image remplisse le mur. Au final l'image est largement plus petite que la taille choisie car il y'a bcp trop de blanc de chaque côté !
