Horrible Mistake

I have never been so thoroughly disgusted with something that came with such a hefty price tag. This product is so unfit, it feels as though I’ve been scammed. I have to paste and reapply the sheets almost daily. The pictures attached are less the 24 hours after I pasted and applied the wallpaper for the 4th time. I would NEVER recommend this product. If it weren’t for the amount I paid for this excuse of a mural, I’d have balled it up and tossed it in the trash due to the constant frustration.

The piece I ordered didn’t match the one you supplied. As it was a repair, it was difficult and expensive fit everything

Did not stick

The peel and stick version of the wallpaper did not have enough glue and has started to peel off from the wall. So disappointed.

and the pattern did not start in the place requested so now we have mismatched wallpaper as we did not have time with the decorators to reorder

Wallpaper paste unusable!

Was going to hang the paper today but couldn't because the wallpaper paste they supplied is completely unusable! Lumps in the whole thing, some the size of golf balls no matter how vigorously you whisk. Followed the instructions to the letter. Do yourself a favour buy your own paste. Not happy at all

BEWARE OF ADDITIONAL COSTS!

BEWARE OF ADDITIONAL COSTS! The import tax needs to be more prominent on the site. I was very shocked that I had to pay the UPS delivery driver £70 as the site advertises free delivery. Complained to Rebel Walls who said it is on the site. I have no recollection of seeing this at all and customer services were very unhelpful. Not able to speak to customer services as the number on their site is incorrect, the only way was by online chat.

Don’t order the samples huge huge waste…

Don’t order the samples huge huge waste of money, half of it was covered in stupid branding so you couldn’t even see how the wall paper would look on the wall and the patterns weren’t the full scale of what it would look like on the wall but a portion of the full pattern! So useless and I wasted so much money and am so so disappointed - won’t be ordering from them any time soon.

We have adapted each sample to show the pattern in the best way given it's conditions but because many of our designs are so large and contain many colors, it is unfortunately impossible to show all the details on a sample in A3 format. Ytterst missnöjd

Ytterst missnöjd! På hemsidan vid beställning fick man välja hur man ville ha mönstret, men nu när vi tapetserat klart inser vi att vi fick något helt annat. Ser inte bra ut. Blad osv också ser skurna i även där det inte är skarv i tapet. Och det är ju inte som man har tid för att få en ny rulle tapet och göra om allting, utan kommer påminnas om missnöjet varje dag. Kommer inte rekommendera detta!
