working with Rebel Walls was surprisingly quick and efficient. I work with General Contractors and always on a time frame that must be met. For online orders it gets a bit sketchy as there is no contact other than order online and it shows up when it shows up. But, Rebel walls was incredibly user friendly and e-mail responsive. I had a lot of conversation prior to my actual order. This allowed me to understand the process and the timeline which I was able to pass on to my General Contractors. My salesperson was very helpful and offered discounts on a product that was damaged after install.

The company was great and fixed up my error of measuring and delivered in a timely manner and it looks great on the wall.

I cannot rate Rebel Walls highly enough. From their excellent customer service when I had questions about design, to their fast delivery, to the quality of their product - I cannot fault any of it. The paper is thick but pliable and the print quality is so beautiful. We are in LOVE with our new mural in the nursery, it makes the whole room and now I’m looking around the house to see where else I can add Rebel Walls...

Jag fick snabba svar på mina frågor, via mejl och tapeten blev jättefin. Min son och svärdotter satte upp den och dom tyckte det var väldigt bra kvalitet på den och att den var lättuppsatt.

Après des mois de recherche d'un papier peint motif "jungle", j'ai repéré le Jungle Land en couleur de Rebell Walls. Leur outil de visualisation du motif sur le mur et de découpage virtuel des lés m'a vraiment beaucoup aidé à me décider sur ce papier peint et à passer commande. J'ai reçu le papier peint rapidement après la commande (3 jours). Le dessin est vraiment beau et le papier peint est d'une grande qualité. Malheureusement, après la pose des 11 lés, ces derniers ont rétréci dans la nuit suivant la pose. Ce qui a eu pour effet de voir des traits blancs (couleur du mur) entre chaque lé. Esthétiquement c'était vraiment dérangeant. J'ai appelé Rebel Walls qui m'ont expliqué que dans de rares cas (probablement la nature du mur), ça pouvait se produire. Ils n'ont pas hésité à me renvoyer un nouveau rouleau afin que je puisse procéder à une nouvelle pose. Ce dernier est arrivé en 3 jours également et cette fois-ci j'ai appliqué un léger chevauchement pour anticiper le rétrécissement des lés et le résultat est vraiment très beau. Bref, très satisfait du service proposé, des délais de transport, de la qualité du papier peint et du dessin ainsi que de leur service après-vente. Je ne peux que les recommander.

Snabb leverans, tog totalt 3 dagar från beställning på hemsidan till uthämtning. Tapeterna är riktigt lätta att sätta. Rejäla och väldigt smidigt med markeringarna som visar var man ska klippa. Jag klippte färdigt hela rullen, rullade ihop våderna och förvarade dem i medföljande plaströr. Hur bra som helst!

Var lite strul gällande tapeten, men allt löste sig mkt smidigt! Grym service och mkt trevligt bemötande!

We chose “battered wall” for our kitchen and it looks absolutely stunning. Very good service and helpful website with quick delivery. Now looking at other murals for the next room that needs decorating!
